|a تطرقت هذه الدراسة إلى محاولة إبراز أثر التحول الرقمي على مرافقة، دعم نصح طالبي القروض من خلال دراسة حالة المنصة الرقمية للوكالة الولائية لتسيير القرض المصغر- قالمة، تم الاعتماد فيها على الاستبيان كأداة أساسية لجمع البيانات وبرنامج التحليل الإحصائي SPSSv22، وباستخدام المنهجين الوصفي والتحليلي من أجل اختبار فرضيات الدراسة والإجابة على إشكاليتها. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج أبرزها أن التحول الرقمي أثر على مرافقة، دعم نصح طالبي القروض وأن غالبية أفراد العينة موافقين على أن إجراءات التسجيل في المنصة الرقمية سهلة وبسيطة والمعلومات المطلوبة قليلة وميسرة.
