|a تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى طرح مشكلة البطالة التي تعد من أخطر الأزمات التي يعاني منها خرجي الجامعات، لما لها من آثار سلبية على الصحة النفسية، كالقلق وخوف ولاكتئاب، مع تقديم تحليل الموضوع، حيث توصلنا في هذه الدراسة إلى الدور الذي تلعبه المرافق العمومية في الحد من البطالة، كانت الأخيرة منها مع (وكالة التشغيل) فيما يعرف (بمنحة البطالة)، ثم تلاها بعد ذلك دعم مشاريع المؤسسات الناشئة، والتساؤل عن كيفية استمرارها وتنميتها، لكن يبقى كل هذا غير كافي بل يجب وضع نظريات محددة ومدروسة من كل الجوانب لمعرفة المعنى الحقيقي لكلمة (بطالة) واستكشاف أنواعها المتعددة وتقديم تفسير لأسبابها قبل الشروع في الجانب التطبيقي.

Therefore the state has allocated many facilies to reduce the severity of this crisis the last of which was with the Employment Agency in what is known as the unemployment grant and then it was followed by supporting the projects of emerging institutions but all this remains in sufficient .Rather specific and station theorist must be developed from all aspects to know the true meaning of the word unemployment and explore its multiple types .providing an explanation of ist causes before proceeding with the applied aspect.
