|a تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تقدير محددات الصادرات خارج قطاع المحروقات لعينة من الدول العربية للفترة (2000-2020) ويتم ذلك بالاعتماد على نماذج Panel، أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود تأثير إيجابي لكل من نصيب الفرد والنفقات الحكومية وسعر الصرف والاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر على معدل نمو الصادرات العربية خارج قطاع المحروقات، كما بينت الدراسة أن هناك تأثير إيجابي وضئيل لتكوين رأس المال، وللرفع من حجم الصادرات خارج قطاع المحروقات وجب توجيه الإنفاق الحكومي نحو القطاعات الاقتصادية المنتجة كالبنى التحتية والهياكل القاعدة والاستثمار في العنصر البشري واستخدام التكنولوجيا الحديثة في العملية الإنتاجية مما يمكن تلك المنتجات من القدرة على المنافسة في الأسواق الخارجية الدولية.
|b This research paper aims to estimate the determinants of exports outside the hydrocarbon sector for a sample of Arab countries for the period (2000-2020). This is done by relying on Panel models. The results of the study showed a positive impact of per capita, government expenditures, the exchange rate, and foreign direct investment on the export growth rate. The study also showed that there is a positive and small effect of capital formation, and to increase the volume of exports outside the hydrocarbon sector, spending must be directed Government efforts towards productive economic sectors such as infrastructure and infrastructure, investment in the human element, and the use of modern technology in the production process, which enables these products to be able to compete in international foreign markets.
