يهدف البحث الحالي تعرف على (المشكلات التي تواجه مطبقي قسم معلم الصفوف الأولى في كلية التربية الأساسية واتجاهاتهم نحو مهنة التعليم) يتحدد البحث طلبة السنة الرابعة (المطبقين) في قسم معلم الصوف الأولى كلية التربية الأساسية داخل حدود محافظة بغداد للعام الدراسي ( ٢٠١٤ - ٢٠١٥) تكونت عينة البحث من طلبة السنة الرابعة في قسم معلم الصفوف الأولى كلية التربية الأساسية - الجامعة المستنصرية الذين يطبقون داخل محافظة بغداد البالغ عددهم (٦٠) طالباً وطالبة تم عرض استبانة استطلاعية تحتوي سؤالا واحدا مفتوحا إلى (۲۰) طالباً وطالبة من الذين انهوا مدة التطبيق، وكان ذلك بعد الانتهاء من التطبيق في مدارسهم مباشرة. والسؤال هو: (ما المشكلات التي واجهتك في إثناء مدة التطبيق ؟) استعمل الباحث الوسائل الإحصائية (معادلة فيشر لاستخراج حدة المشكلات ومعادلة ارتباط بيرسون لاستخراج معامل الثبات ومعادلة سبيرمان - براون لتصحيح معامل الثبات والاختبار التائي لعينتين مترابطتين لمعرفة دلالة الفروق بين اتجاهات الطلبة. لاستخراج النتائج البحث و وتفسيرها، حيث حصلت الفقرات من (١ - ٦) على نسبة ما بين (٩٥,٥% و 82.5%) والفقرات من ( ٧ - ١٤) على نسبة ما بين (۸۰% و ٤٦%) والفقرات من (١٥ - ٢٠) على نسبة ما بين (٤٥% و ٢٠%) وجميعها مقبولة. وتوصل إلى التوصيات: ١ - محاولة تطبيق كل طالب أو طالبة في مدرسة قريبة من محل سكناه، حتى لا يتعرض إلى مشكلة بعد السكن عن موقع المدرسة، ومشكلة المواصلات. ٢ - ضرورة تقديم المساعدات الممكنة للطلبة المطبقين، لاسيما من قبل إدارات المدارس 3- توعية إدارات المدارس بأهمية التطبيق. والمقترحات : 1 - إجراء دراسة لتعرف مشكلات الطلبة المطبقين على عينة واسعة كان تشمل أقسام أخرى في العراق ٢- إجراء دراسة مقارنة بين مشكلات الطلبة المطبقين في الكليات العلمية والكليات الإنسانية.
