|a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور التربص الميداني في استثارة الدافعية التعليم المهارات الرياضية لدى الطلبة المتربصين في المؤسسات التعليمية التربوية وللإجراء هذه الدراسة اعتمدنا على استخدام المنهج الوصفي كونه ملائم، وقد تم توزيع استمارة مقياس الدافعية التعليم المهارات الرياضية للمربي الرياضي كأداة لجمع البيانات على عينة بلغت 55 من الطلبة الماستر 2 تم اختيارهم بطريقة العمدية من مجتمع الدراسة بمعهد التربية البدنية جامعة باتنة-2، المتربصين بالمؤسسات التربوية التعليمية بمدينة باتنة وأسفرت نتائج الدراسة إلى تحقق فرضيات الدراسة للتربص الميداني له دور فعال في استثارة مستوى الدافعية التعليم المهارات الرياضية لدى الطلبة المتربصين في درس التربية البدنية والرياضية، وفي ضوء النتائج المتحصل عليها نقدم بعض المقترحات نحو إمكانية إجراء دراسة ميدانية تثبت دور التربص في تحسن كفايات التعليم في المدارس الابتدائية، ودراسة باقتراح زيادة فترة التربص الميداني وأثره في تحسين دافعية التعلم المهارات الرياضية يتوافق مع ثلاثي الفصل التعليمي وأثره لدى الطلبة في المؤسسات التربوية.
|b The current study aims to identify the role of practical internship in arousing motivation teaching sports skills among internship students in educational establishments and to achieve this goal, we relied on the use of a descriptive curriculum, and the measure of motivation teaching sports skills of a sports educator was used on a sample of 55 students master 2 at the Institute of physical education Batna University-2, those students on internship in educational establishments in the city of Banta, In light of the results obtained, we present some proposals regarding the possibility of conducting a field study that proves the role of internment in improving educational competencies in primary schools, and a study proposing to increase the period of field internship and its impact on improving the motivation to learn mathematical skills that is consistent with the educational triad and its impact on students in educational institutions.
