المستخلص: It is clear that any economic enterprise has a visual identity that distinguishes it from other institutions. An organization cannot succeed if it fails to establish its visual identity in the minds of its audience and build its relationship with each individual through its visual discourse, and this is even more important in light of the technological development through which it is possible to communicate by modern means. However, it is noted that some organizations lack the same care in protecting their visual identity as they dedicate to information security systems to protect their physical, financial and information property, which poses a challenge. For this reason, our study aims to shed light on the means of protecting organizations' visual identity. This includes monitoring both physical and electronic activities. Although organizations care about displaying their visual identity, they often lack clear strategies to protect it. Common solutions rely on open doors, warning notices, and, in some cases, legal action in the event of trademark infringement by the organization.
