المستخلص: Among the challenges facing the university today is the suitability of higher education outcomes to the requirements of the labor market, which is one of the challenges today, so we will try to provide, through this article, a reading of the specialty of work and organizational psychology in light of the requirements of the labor market, through the university training index that the student receives. We will try to understand the most important problems raised on the one hand in light of the reality of the specialization, while emphasizing the future prospects that can be expected from the specialization.
