المستخلص: The Arab world, with its different countries, faces major historical and destinal challenges, and the educational challenge is one of the challenges that lie at the center of the major challenges of the Arab world. The Arab education faces many dilemmas that hindered it from playing its natural role in building society, and led to its backwardness and out of this problem, modernity has emerged. This is because the relationship between education and modernity is a broad and cross-cutting topic that has aroused the appetites of thinkers, researchers and educators around the world. At a time when education is linked to the roots of reality and works to produce it, modernist thought is launched in the space of renewal.
