المستخلص:	This study aims to clarify Algeria's efforts to develop the agricultural sector as one of the main alternatives outside the fuel sector .to achieve this, it is necessary to adopt economic policies and strategies and implement them in a comprehensive and integrated manner in cooperation between the government, the private sector and civil society to achieve food security.
