المستخلص: تبحث الدراسة التعرف في توظيف المواقع الصحفية الإماراتية للتقنيات المساعدة على صفحاتها بهدف تعزيز وصول الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة لمحتواها الصحفي، كما تسعي الدراسة لوضع محددات ومعايير تساعد المصممون والقائمون على إدارة المواقع الصحفية في تصميم موقع إلكتروني يعزز عملية الوصول للأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة. ولتحقيق تلك الأهداف اعتمدت الدراسة على منهج المسح، وأداة تحليل المضمون في تحليل شكل ومضمون الأدوات والوسائط التقنية المساعدة التي تستخدمها المواقع الصحفية عينة الدراسة والمقارنة بينها، وذلك بالتطبيق على مواقع الصحف الإماراتية خلال الفترة من سبتمبر 2023 إلى يناير 2024. كما اتخذت الدراسة من نظرية ثراء الوسيلة إطارا نظريا لها. أوضحت النتائج أن نسبة توظيف مواقع الصحف الإماراتية للتقنيات المساعدة على صفحاتها لا يزال ضعيف إذ لم تتعد النسبة المستخدمة على مواقع الدراسة مجتمعة 17.4% فقط وأن هناك الكثير من التقنيات التي تساعد في إتاحة الوصول لذوي الإعاقة لم تستخدمها مواقع الدراسة رغم أهميتها. وأوصت الدراسة ضرورة توظيف المواقع الصحفية الإماراتية لمزيد من التقنيات المساعدة من أجل تحسين الاتصال وتبادل الرأي لجميع فئات المجتمع، كما أوصت بضرورة التعاون بين مطوري المواقع الصحفية والأشخاص أصحاب الهمم (ذوي الإعاقة) لفهم احتياجاتهم المحددة وإدماج ملاحظاتهم في عمليات تصميم وتطوير المواقع بصفة مستمرة.

The study examines the use of the UAE press sites of assistive technologies on their pages in order to enhance the access of people of determination (people with disabilities) to their journalistic content. The study also seeks to develop determinants and standards that help designers and managers manage press sites in designing a website that promotes access for people of determination. To achieve these goals, the study relies on the survey curriculum and the content analysis tool to analyse and compare the form and content of technical assistive tools and media used by the sample study of press sites and applied to the websites of the UAE newspapers from September 2023 to January 2024. The study also depends on the theory of the richness of the medium as its theoretical framework. The results show that the employment rate of the UAE newspaper websites for assistive technologies on their pages remained low and did not exceed 17.4% when considering all the study sites and that there are many technologies that help to provide access to people of determination that have not been used by the study sites despite their importance. The study recommends that it is necessary that the UAE press sites should employ more assistive techniques in order to improve communication and the exchange of opinions by all segments of society. It also recommends the need to collaborate between developers of press sites and people of determination to understand their specific needs and integrate their observations into the design and development processes of the sites on an ongoing basis.
