المستخلص: تعنى هذه الدراسة الكشف عن تأثير مواقع الصحف المصرية في توجيه الرأي العام، حيث بمثل جمهور المواطنين طرف رئيسي في مقدمة أصحاب المصالح في قضية المياه، ولذلك فهناك أهمية متزايدة لتعزيز عملية التوعية بمخاطر الندرة المائية والفقر المائي المتزايد في مصر، والسعي لمزيد من توجيه المواطنين وإشراكهم في صياغة السياسات المائية والتوعية بها، وذلك من خلال توظيف المعلومات لمعالجة قضية الفقر المائي والتهديدات التي تحيط بمسألة الاستدامة المائية في مصر وتعزيز قيمة الأمن المائي، وبذلك باستطلاع رأى عينة من الجمهور المصري حول أسباب الندرة المائية، وأهم التحديات وإدراك مخاطر الندرة المائية والتي تواجه الدولة المصرية في ملف المياه محليا وإقليميا ودوليا، وأهم الحلول والتصورات المطروحة لتعزيز قيمة الأمن المائي. توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من المؤشرات فيما يتعلق باعتماد المبحوثين على مواقع الصحف المصرية بشكل عام ومدى اعتمادهم عليها فيما يتعلق بتعزيز قيمة الأمن المائي، وما يحدثه من تأثيرات معرفية ووجدانية وسلوكية، فجاءت أهم النتائج ارتفاع نسبة اعتماد المبحوثين على مواقع الصحف المصرية كمصدر للمعلومات عن الأحداث والقضايا المختلفة، كما جاءت الدوافع المعرفية في مقدمة دوافع تعرض المبحوثين لمواقع الصحف المصرية، أهم السمات الإيجابية لتناول مواقع الصحف المصرية للأمن المائي من وجهة نظر المبحوثين في أن مواقع الصحف " تلبي الحاجة إلى المعرفة. "

This study aims to reveal the influence of Egyptian newspaper websites in directing public opinion, as the public of citizens represents a major party at the forefront of stakeholders in the water issue. Therefore, there is an increasing importance to enhance the process of awareness of the dangers of water scarcity and the increasing water poverty in Egypt, and to strive to further guide and involve citizens. In formulating water policies and raising awareness about them, by employing information to address the issue of water poverty and the threats surrounding the issue of water sustainability in Egypt and enhancing the value of water security, and thus by polling a sample of the Egyptian public about the causes of water scarcity, The most important challenges and awareness of the risks of water scarcity facing the Egyptian state in the water issue locally, regionally and internationally, and the most important solutions and visions proposed to enhance the value of water security. The study reached a number of indicators regarding the respondents’ reliance on Egyptian newspaper websites in general and the extent of their reliance on them with regard to enhancing the value of security. Water security, and the cognitive, emotional, and behavioral effects it creates. The most important results were the high rate of respondents’ reliance on Egyptian newspaper websites as a source of information about various events and issues. Cognitive motivations also came at the forefront of the reasons for respondents’ exposure to Egyptian newspaper websites. The most important positive features of Egyptian newspaper websites’ approach to water security. From the respondents’ point of view, newspaper websites “satisfy the need for knowledge.”
