المستخلص: تستعرض هذه الدراسة تصورات الصحفيين المصريين لأهمية حرية تداول المعلومات ونشرها من خلال استمارة الاستقصاء التي تم تطبيقها على عينة من الصحفيين بالمؤسسات الصحفية المختلفة (الحكومية والحزبية والخاصة). وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى ضرورة أن يتم إصدار تشريع يتيح حرية تداول المعلومات ونشرها ويرون أن حرية المعلومات تعد الأساس في قدرتهم على ممارسة الصحافة الاستقصائية والقيام بدورهم في كشف الفساد، ويرجحون أن يتم إنشاء مفوضية خاصة بحرية تداول المعلومات وتتولى الفصل في طلبات الحصول على المعلومات. وقد أكد- عينة الدراسة- ضرورة أن تتاح المعلومات لكافة المواطنين كحق أساسي لهم وجزء من الحريات الخاصة بهم. وأشارت النتائج إلى أن الاستثناءات في قانون حرية المعلومات يجب أن تكون في إطار الحفاظ على امن الوطن وسلامته، وعدم المساس بوحدة المجتمع بفئاته وطوائفه، وعدم الخوض في أعراض الناس رغم أن الصحافة تعاني دائما- في رأيهم- من الاتهام المباشر بالتدخل في خصوصيات الغير بشكل غير مبرر. بالإضافة إلى ضرورة أن يتم النص في قانون حرية تداول المعلومات ونشرها على حماية المبلغين عن الفساد أو الانتهاكات لكن على أن يظل النص القانوني أيضا يتيح للصحفي الاحتفاظ بسرية مصادره. مع ضرورة أن يتم إلغاء وضبط وتعديل كافة النصوص القانونية التي تتعارض ومبدأ حرية تداول المعلومات.

This study was taken into account by Egyptian scholars of the importance of Ninja and the information was disseminated through a survey form that was applied to the coordinate of the different founders of the university (the New Zealander and other journalistic founders. They believe that freedom of information is the basis for their ability to practice investigative journalism and their roles in more important revelations. The establishment of the study stressed that information should be made available to everyone as a basic right and part of their freedoms.
