|a يتطرق المقال لبحث استخدام تكنولوجيات الاتصال الحديثة في تحسين جودة العمل المكتبي من خلال دراسة حالة مكتبة عمومية للمطالعة ممثلة في مكتبة محمد قباطي بمدينة سيدي بلعباس الجزائرية، ويهدف البحث إلى التعرف على الوسائل التكنولوجية الحديثة المستخدمة في العمل المكتبي بالمكتبة المبحوثة وكذا حدود استخدامها والأثر الناجم عن استخدامها لتجويد العمل المكتبي بالمكتبة المبحوثة. يتوصل البحث إلى أنه على الرغم من تنوع وتعدد الوسائل التكنولوجية الحديثة المتوفرة لتحسين جودة العمل المكتبي بالمكتبة المبحوثة إلا أن استخدامها كان محدودا، خصوصا منها البرمجيات المتخصصة في العمل المكتبي وذلك لضعف التكوين التقني للمكتبيين وهذا ما يطرح إشكاليات وجيهة تحد من فاعلية العمل المكتبي بالمكتبات التي تشهد الحالة نفسها.
|b The article discusses the use of modern communication technologies to improve the quality of libraries through a case study of the Mohamed Kabbati Library in Sidi Bel Abbas. The research aims to identify the modern technological means used in the researched library and to know the limits of its use, and the impact of its use to improve the quality of the services of the library researched. The research finds that despite the diversity and multiplicity of modern technological means available to improve the quality of library work in the researched library, their use was limited, this is due to the poor technical training of librarians, this poses serious problems that limit the effectiveness of the work of libraries in the same situation.
