تعتبر العملية التربوية والتعليمية هي المهمة الرئيسية للمدرسة في جميع مراحلها التعليمية، وقد أثبتت الممارسات الفعلية أهمية وجود الأخصائي الاجتماعي داخل المدرسة كمؤسسة تربوية وتعليمية وذلك لما يمكن أن يقدمه الأخصائي الاجتماعي من خدمات اجتماعية داعمة للبرنامج التعليمي بالمدرسة فمحاور أدوار الأخصائي الاجتماعي بالمدرسة لا تقتصر على تقديم أنشطة وبرامج ترفيهية للطلاب بل تمتد إلى رصد المشكلات التي يواجهها الطلاب بالمدرسة والوقوف عليها والعمل عبر العلاقات القائمة في الواقع المدرسي سواء العلاقات بين الطلاب والمدرسين أو بين المدرسين وإدارة المدرسة أو حتى العلاقات القائمة بين أولياء الأمور والمدرسة والمدرسين، وكذلك علاقة المدرسة بالمجتمع الخارجي المحيط بها من مؤسسات متنوعة يمكن أن تساعد المدرسة في تأدية أدوارها، ومن هنا يتبين إلى أي درجة من الأهمية يحتل دور الأخصائي الاجتماعي المدرسي، ولكن على الرغم من ذلك فهناك العديد من المعوقات التي تحول دون تحقيق الأخصائي الاجتماعي لأدائه المهني، ولذلك سعت الدراسة الراهنة إلى رصد تلك المعوقات. وتعد الدراسة الراهنة من الدراسات الوصفية التي تهتم برصد الواقع والوقوف على أبعاده وقد استخدمت طريقة المسح الشامل من خلال تطبيق استمارة استبيان موجه إلى جميع الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين العاملين بالمدارس الإعدادية ببلدية الأبيار، وأوضحت نتائج الدراسة أن هناك العديد من المعوقات التي تعوق الأداء المهني للأخصائي الاجتماعي حيث هناك معوقات ترتبط بشخصية الأخصائي الاجتماعي وهناك معوقات ترتبط بعملية الإعداد المهني للأخصائي الاجتماعي، كما توجد معوقات ترجع لعدم تعاون المدرسين مع الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين، وعدم اهتمام إدارة المدرسة بأدوار الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين، كذلك عدم وعي أولياء أمور الطلاب بأهمية دور الأخصائي الاجتماعي بالمدرسة، واعتبار الطلاب أن الأخصائي الاجتماعي مصدر للعقاب، ولذا توصى الدراسة بأهمية ضرورة العمل على رفع مستوى الوعي المجتمعي بأهمية الدور المهني للأخصائي الاجتماعي بالمجال المدرسي، وبناء جسور الثقة بين المدرسة وأولياء الأمور والمدرسين والأخصائيين الاجتماعيين من أجل تفعيل العملية التربوية والتعليمية.

The axes of the school social worker’s roles are not limited to providing activities And entertainment programs for students, but extends to monitoring the problems that students face in the school and standing on them and working through the existing relationships in the school reality, whether relations between students and teachers, or between teachers and the school administration, or even the relationships between parents and the school And teachers, as well as the school’s relationship with the surrounding community from various institutions that can help the school perform its roles, and from here it becomes clear to what degree of importance the role of the school social worker occupies, but despite this there are many obstacles that prevent the social worker from achieving his performance Therefore, the current study sought to monitor these obstacles. The current study is one of the descriptive studies concerned with monitoring the reality and identifying its dimensions. The comprehensive survey method was used by applying a questionnaire form directed to all social workers working in preparatory schools in the municipality of Al-Abyar The results of the study showed that there are many obstacles that hinder the professional performance of the social worker, as there are obstacles related to the personality of the social worker, and there are obstacles related to the process of professional preparation for the social worker, and there are obstacles due to the lack of cooperation of teachers with social workers, and the school administration’s lack of interest in the roles of social workers, as well as The students ’parents are not aware of the importance of the school social worker’s role, and students consider the social worker as a source of punishment. Therefore, the study recommends the importance of working to raise the level of societal awareness of the importance of the professional role of the social worker in the school field, and building bridges of trust between the school and parents, teachers and social workers for the sake of Activating the educational process.
