|a أصبحت الزراعة الحضرية وشبه الحضرية ذات أهمية متزايدة كمصدر للدخل والغذاء لسكان الحضر في العالم. مواد وطرق البحث: هذا البحث يدرس العمليات الإدارية للقطاع الزراعي في مدينة بنغازي، لهذا تم استخدام استبيان لجمع البيانات وتحليل الإحصائي (SPSS). النتائج: وفقا لتحليل العوامل، تم تصنيف الآثار المترتبة على التنمية الحضرية وشبه الحضرية على النحو التالي: التأثير الاقتصادي، التأثير الاجتماعي، التأثير البيئي، لذا تشير نتائج مقياس معامل الارتباط المتعدد (ر =0.584) إلى أن العلاقة بين التنمية الحضرية وشبه الحضرية والمتغيرات المستقلة معتدلة وإيجابية، أيضا قيمة معامل التحديد (²ر) حوالي 34.1% من التباين في التنمية الحضرية وشبه الحضرية يتم تفسيرها بواسطة المتغيرات المستقلة في النموذج، كذلك تظهر نتائج تحليل التباين الأحادي وجود اختلافات كبيرة مع تنمية الزراعة الحضرية وشبه الحضرية (ف= 2.391، مستوى المعنوية= 0.035) القيمة كانت عند مستوى المعنوية أقل من 0.05. التوصيات: يجب على الإدارة الزراعية تحسين ظروف العمل.
|b Urban and peri-urban agriculture is becoming increasingly important as a source of income and food for the urban population in the world. This Research examines Administrative processes of Agricultural sector in Benghazi City. A questionnaire was used to collect the data and Statistical analysis. Results: According to factor analysis, the implications for Urban and peri-urban development were categorized consisting: Economic impact, social impact, environmental impact. The results of the multiple correlation coefficient measure (R= 0.584) indicate that the relationship between Urban and peri-urban development and independent variables. The value of coefficient of determination (R2) implies that about 34.1% of the variation in Urban and peri-urban development is explained by the independent variables in the model. Also, the ANOVA results show significant differences with Urban and peri-urban development (F=5.3.0, p= 0.035). Recommendations: The agricultural management should improve working conditions.
