تناقش هذه الورقة الانخراط التنموي النشط للمغرب في القارة الإفريقية والرامية إلى تعزيز التعاون جنوب- جنوب، خاصة خلال العقد الأخير، حيث شهدت العلاقات المغربية الإفريقية زخما كثيفا وديناميكية كبيرة كان محركها الرئيسي دبلوماسية ملكية مقدامة ومبادرة، حيث خص العاهل المغربي الفضاء الإفريقي بعشرات الزيارات كان لها الأثر المباشر في التوقيع على ما يزيد عن ألف اتفاقية مست مختلف المجالات خاصة تلك المرتبطة بالبعدين الاقتصادي والتنموي. وصلا بما سبق، ارتأينا تسليط الضوء على النشاط التنموي المغربي في إفريقيا، خاصة في نيجيريا الدولة المؤثرة في محيطها الإقليمي، وذلك من بوابة أحد أهم وأكبر المشاريع التنموية المهيكلة حيث من المنتظر أن يحدث تغييرا تنمويا عميقا في قطاعات الطاقة وتوفير الكهرباء بمنطقة غرب إفريقيا ويتعلق الأمر بمشروع 'خط أنبوب الغاز نيجيريا- المغرب' بوصفه أطول خط أنبوب للغاز في العالم وبالنظر لميزانية إنجازه الضخمة ورهاناته الاستراتيجية.
This paper discusses Morocco's active development engagement on Africa aimed at strengthening South-South cooperation, in the last decade, Moroccan-African relations have witnessed intense and dynamic momentum, driven by the prolonged royal diplomacy and initiative. The Moroccan monarch singled out African Countries for dozens of visits, which had a direct impact on the signing of more than a thousand agreements that touched on various areas, particularly those related to the economic and development dimensions. In connection with the foregoing, we have decided to highlight Morocco's development activity in Africa. Especially in Nigeria, an influential country in its regional surroundings, from the gateway to one of the most important and major structured development projects, which is expected to bring about a profound development change in the energy and electricity supply sectors of the West African region. This relates to the Nigeria-Morocco gas pipeline project as the world's longest gas pipeline and given its huge budget achievement and strategic bets.
