المستخلص: أجرى هذا البحث بهدف التعرف على دور مركز البحوث الزراعية والحيوانية في تنشيط العمل الإرشاد الزراعي بمنطقة الجبل الأخضر، وذلك من خلال التعرف على بعض الخصائص الشخصية للمبحوثين مثل عمر المبحوث، المؤهل العلمي، التخصص العلمي، مدة العمل بالمركز، عدد الدورات التدريبية، النشأة الاجتماعية، نوع العمل بالمركز. أما الجزء الثاني فهو التعرف على الدور الفعلي لمركز البحوث وما مدى درجة قيامه بالمهام وأيضاً الدور الذي يمثله الإرشاد الزراعي في نشر المستحدثات. وتم جمع البيانات باستخدام الاستبيان بالمقابلة الشخصية على عينة عشوائية بسيطة بلغ قوامها 30 مبحوث وعولجت البيانات كمّياً واستخدم في تحليلها إحصائياً الجداول التكرارية، النسب المئوية، المتوسط الحسابي، والانحراف المعياري وقد تم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية: أوضحت النتائج بأن نسبة 46.5% من المبحوثين أكدوا بأن إدارة الإرشاد بمركز البحوث الزراعية والحيوانية لنشر المستحدثات متواضعة وتحتاج إلى اهتمام أكبر وتخطيط في نشر المستحدثات. وأبانت النتائج أيضاً أن 53.4% من المبحوثين أكدوا بأن الدور الفعلي لمركز البحوث يعمل بصورة جيدة ويحتاج إلى متابعة الإدارة البحثية وأيضاً أوضحت النتائج بأن 96.6% من المبحوثين بالمركز أكدوا على أن ضعف ثقة الزراع في نتائج البحث العلمي تمثل المعوق الأساسي، وبذلك نجد أن هناك علاقة ارتباطية طردية بين اتجاهات الزراع نحو كل ما هو حديث وجديد ينجم عن مركز البحوث وبين قلة ثقتهم بالمرشدين وبالمراكز البحثية ولذلك يجب وضع خطة لإدامة وتقوية الثقة بين الزراع والمرشدين ومراكز البحوث الزراعية للتغيير من اتجاهاتهم السلبية إلى إيجابية ورفع المستوى الاقتصادي لهم وبذلك تنشيط العمل الإرشادي.

This research is conducted in order to identify the role of the Agricultural and Animal Research Center in activating the work of agricultural extension in the region of Al-Jabal Al-Akhdar, throughout the identification upon some of the personal characteristics of the Researchers such as the age of the researcher, the scientific qualification, the duration of work at the center, the number of training courses, the social education, and the type of work at the center. The second part of this research is to identify the actual role of the research center and the extent to which it carries out the tasks, as well as the role which is represented by agricultural extension in the dissemination of innovations. The information were collected by using the questionnaire in a personal interview upon a simple random sample consisting of 30 quested. The data were quantitatively analyzed and used in statistical analysis of the frequency tables, percentages, arithmetic mean, and standard deviation. The following results were obtained: The results showed that 46.5% of the respondents confirmed that the extension management at the Agricultural and Animal Research Center for the dissemination of innovations is modest and needs more attention and planning in spreading the innovations. The results also found out that 53.4% of the respondents confirmed that the actual role of the research center works well and needs to follow up the research management, as well as the results showed that 96.6% of the respondents in the center, confirmed that the weak of confidence of the farmers regarding the results of scientific research represented a major impediment, and so we find that there is a relationship correlative direct correlation between farmers' attitudes towards everything modern and new results from the research center and the lack of their trust of the guides and the centers of research and must therefore plan to sustain and strengthen the trust between farmers, guides and centers of agricultural research in order to change their negative attitudes to positive to raise up the economic level they by placing an Activating extension work.
