المستخلص: تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة التناول الصحفي للمشروعات القومية في الصحف الإلكترونية المصرية وعلاقته باتجاهات النخبة نحوها، حيث ينتمي هذا البحث إلى نوع الدراسات الوصفية حيث اعتمد البحث على أسلوب المسح بشقيه وصفي تحليلي للمضمون المقدم في الصحف الإلكترونية، ووصفي ميداني لتحليل طبيعة سمات خصائص مجتمع المبحوثين، كما استخدم الباحث أداة تحليل المضمون لتحليل موضوعات المشروعات القومية في الصحف الإلكترونية الأهرام والوفد والمصري اليوم بهدف التعرف على الأطر الإعلامية المستخدمة في الصحف الإلكترونية موضع الدراسة، كما تم اختيار عينة البحث الميدانية مكونة من (100) مفردة من النخبة المصرية بواقع 25 مفردة للنخبة السياسية، 25 مفردة للنخبة الإعلامية، 25 مفردة للنخبة الأكاديمية، 25 مفردة للنخبة الثقافية في بعض المحافظات، وتشير نتائج الدارسة إلى طبيعة دور كل صحف الدراسة التي تناولت موضوعات المشروعات القومية، حيث حاولت الأهرام كصحيفة إليكترونية قومية عرض الاستراتيجية العامة للدولة كجزء من دورها الإعلامي الرسمي الذي يهدف إلى التعيير عن أبعاد السياسة العامة للدولة وتوجهاتها، وعرض المصري اليوم الجوانب الإيجابية للمشروعات القومية لحياة كريمة والطاقة المتجددة وتنمية شمال سيناء، كما عرض الرأي والرأي الآخر وتدعيم حق القارئ في المعرفة، كما أظهر الوفد فكر الحزب المعارض وأيدولوجيته حيث انتقل إطار الحزب إلى القائمين بالاتصال بمعنى انعكاس ألية السيطرة والتوجيه الحزبي على أداء القائمين بالاتصال، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة إلى عدم وجود تباين في اتجاهات النخبة نحو المشروعات القومية المنشورة بالصحف الإلكترونية على اختلاف (النوع- العمر- التعليم).

The study aims to achieve a primary objective, which is to understand the journalistic coverage of national projects in electronic newspapers and its relationship with the elite's attitudes towards these projects. This research falls under the category of descriptive, analytical, and field studies. The study also employed a survey method in both its aspects: a descriptive analytical approach to the content presented in electronic newspapers and a descriptive field approach to analyze the characteristics of the surveyed community, The researcher used content analysis as a tool to analyze topics related to national projects in the electronic newspapers Al-Ahram, Al-Wafd, and Al-Masry Al-Youm. The aim was to identify the media frameworks employed in the electronic newspapers under study, A field research sample consisting of 100 individuals from the Egyptian elite was selected. This sample included 25 individuals from the political elite, 25 from the media elite, 25 from the academic elite, and 25 from the cultural elite, representing various governorates, The study's findings highlight the distinct roles played by each of the newspapers under study in covering national project topics. Al-Ahram, as a national electronic newspaper, sought to present the state's general strategy as part of its official media role, which aims to express the dimensions and directions of public policy. Al-Masry Al-Youm focused on showcasing the positive aspects of national projects such as "Decent Life," renewable energy, and the development of North Sinai. It also presented both sides of the argument, supporting the reader's right to knowledge. Al-Wafd, reflecting the ideology of the opposition party, demonstrated how the party's framework influenced the communicators, meaning the mechanism of party control and direction was reflected in the performance of the communicators, The study found no significant differences in the attitudes of the elite towards the national projects published in electronic newspapers, regardless of differences in gender, age, or education level.
