المستخلص: يهدف البحث إلى معالجة ظاهرة (الشذوذ النحوي عند ابن مالك)؛ إذ تعد من الظواهر اللغوية التي يظهر فيها اجتهاد ابن مالك، وتناول البحث موارد الشذوذ عنده، وتصنيف مسائل الشذوذ بحسب موافقتها للمذاهب النحوية أو مخالفتها، أو ما تردد فيه بين الشذوذ والقياس، أو نفى الشذوذ عنه، ومثله تنبيهه على بعض الشواذ التي قل تنبيه سابقيه عليها. وخلص البحث إلى جملة من النتائج، من أبرزها: تعدد موارد الشذوذ عند ابن مالك، ومرجعه إلى القلة ومخالفة القياس، ولم يعتنِ كثيراً بالتفريق بين الشذوذ في القياس والاستعمال، ولم يلزم مذهباً معيناً في الحكم بالشذوذ، وإن جاءت أكثرها موافقة للبصريين، وتردد في كثير من المسائل بين القول بالشذوذ أو القياس، أو كونها لغة، وذلك ناشئ عن اجتهاد، وقد يطلق الشذوذ على الضرورة الشعرية في بعضها؛ لأن الضرورة الشعرية عنده فيما لم يجد الشاعر عنه مندوحة في إقامة الوزن أو القافية.

The research aims to process the phenomenon (grammatical irregularity according to Ibn Malik); Which is considered one of Linguistics phenomena in which the diligence of Ibn Malik appears, and the research dealt with irregularity The classifications of irregularity issues according to him, the classifications of irregularity issues according to agreement or disagreement with grammatical Schools, or what hesitated between irregularities and analogy, or he denied irregularity from it, and the same alerting him to some irregularities that fall of alerting previously on it. The research concluded With a group of results the most important which are; the multiple of the Sources of irregularities according to Ibn Malik, the reference to the fewness and disagreement the analogy, and he did not pay much attention to distinguishing between irregularities in analogy and usage, and he did not commit a specific school in ruling of irregularity, even though most of them agreed with Basrans, and he hesitated in more of issues between saying it is irregularity or analogy, or may be as a language, and that arises according to diligince, and irregularity may be refer to the necessity of poetic between each other; because of his poetic necessity is in what the poetic did not find agreement in establishing meter and rhyme..
