Nowadays, internet crimes have emerged threatening the security and stability of international community. Criminals, of cybercrimes, have strong opportunity to escape judicial punishment when caught with violations of law, individuals, companies or institutions rights. Cybercrimes are hard to prove through digital evidences of electronic devices. It will be challenging to the authorities if they exclude using modern scientific methods. The latter, however, exposes the link between the crime and criminal therefore, investigator is ought to be well aware of the scientific methods and its role to identify internet criminals as well as the requirements to apply it. |
