|a شكلت الحرب الروسية الأوكرانية واحدة من أهم الأزمات الجيواستراتيجية منذ نهاية الحرب العالمية الثانية، بحيث مثلت تهديدا للنظام الدولي القائم ولطبيعة القوى المشكلة له وفرضت حالة من عدم اليقين بشأنه، لذا تستهدف هذه الدراسة تحديد الأسباب الحقيقية لهذه الحرب، ومحاولة استشراف مساراتها وانعكاساتها على مستقبل النظام الدولي. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها أن هذه الحرب جسدت رفض روسيا لتمدد الناتو شرقا وحصارها استراتيجيا، وبأن استدامة النظام الدولي أو إعادة تشكيله مرتبطة إلى حد بعيد بنتائج هذه الحرب وبمواقف القوى الدولية المراجعة كالصين.
|b The Russian-Ukrainian war constitutes one of the most significant geostrategic crises since the conclusion of World War II, as it represents a threat to the existing international system and the nature of the powers that comprise it, thereby creating a state of uncertainty regarding that system. Consequently, this study seeks to ascertain the underlying causes of this conflict and to endeavor to predict its ramifications for the future of the international system. The study reached a set of conclusions, the most significant of which is that this war exemplified Russia's rejection of NATO's eastward expansion and its strategic encirclement. Furthermore, the sustainability of the international order or its restructuring is closely tied to the outcomes of this war and the positions of revisionist international powers, such as China.
