|a استهدف البحث التعرف على درجة ممارسة رؤساء الأقسام الأكاديمية بجامعة حائل لأسلوب الإدارة بالاستثناء، وعلاقتها بمستوى الاستقامة التنظيمية لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس، واعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، وطبقت استبانة على عينة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة حائل بلغت (۲۳۰) عضوا، وتوصل البحث لعدد من النتائج من أهمها؛ أنه توجد علاقة ارتباطية موجبة دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى دلالة (0.01) بين درجة ممارسة رؤساء الأقسام الأكاديمية بجامعة حائل لأسلوب الإدارة بالاستثناء ومستوى الاستقامة التنظيمية لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة حائل، وأوصى البحث بضرورة بناء برامج تدريبية لتعزيز الإدارة بالاستثناء لدى القيادات بالجامعة مما يسهم في تحقيق الاستقامة التنظيمية.
|b This study aimed to explore the degree to which academic department heads at the University of Hail practice management by exception and its relationship with the level of organizational integrity among faculty members. The study adopted a descriptive correlational approach, and a questionnaire was administered to a sample of 230 faculty members at the University of Hail. The findings revealed a significant positive correlation at the 0.01 level between the degree of practice of management by exception by academic department heads and the level of organizational integrity among faculty members. The study recommended the development of training programs to enhance management by exception among university leadership, which could contribute to achieving organizational integrity.
