|a تناقش هذه الورقة ظروف حدوث التجاويف في المضخات. وتعتبر مضخة الطرد المركزي أداة مهمة لنقل السوائل ولمنع ظهور التجاويف يجب أن نعرف بداية ظهورها في المضخة، أن أحد مصادر عدم الاستقرار في مضخة الطرد المركزي هو ظاهرة التجويف ويمكن أن يتسبب التجويف داخل مضخة الطرد المركزي في حدوث المزيد من التأثيرات الغير المرغوب فيها، مثل تدهور الأداء الهيدروليكي (انخفاض في العلو والكفاءة) وتلف المضخة عن طريق التنقر والتآكل واهتزاز الهيكل والضوضاء الناتجة، ويمكن أن يظهر التجويف ضمن النطاق الكامل لظروف التشغيل؛ لذلك يجب منعه بكل الوسائل، وعلى هذا الأساس تم حساب المعاملات الأساسية لقدرة الشفط لمضخة معينة.
|b This paper discusses the conditions for the occurrence of cavitation in pumps. A centrifugal pump is a critical Liquid transportation device. To prevent the onset of the cavitation, we have to know the beginning of cavitation phenomenon in the pump. One of the sources of instability in a centrifugal pump is cavitation phenomenon. Cavitation within a centrifugal pump can cause more undesirable effects, such as deterioration of the hydraulic performance (drop in head-capacity and efficiency curves), damage of the pump by pitting and erosion and structure vibration and resulting noise. Cavitation can appear within the entire range of operating conditions; therefore it must, by all means, be prevented. And on this basis, was done of calculating the basic parameters of the suction capacity of a particular pumping.
