|a أجريت التجربة لهذه الدراسة خلال موسم الشتاء المتأخر- 5 أبريل 2021 وذلك بمشتل قسم البساتين بكلية العلوم الزراعية- جامعة دنقلا- السليم. (خط عرض 40-15 -خط طول 32- 22 وارتفاع 376 م) هدفت التجربة لدراسة تأثير ثلاثة أنواع للعقل: طرفية ووسطى وقاعدية، وأربعة أوسط زراعية: رمل- طين- خليط رمل وطين- نشارة خشب، على تجذير عقل نبات التين. نفذت تجربة عملية وفق التصميم كامل العشوائية. أظهرت النتائج التي تم الحصول عليها أن هنالك فروقات معنوية لمعظم الصفات بين كل من أنواع العقل، والأوساط الزراعية، والتفاعل بين أنواع العقل والأوساط الزراعية. هذه الصفات هي عدد الأفرع/ العقلة، انبثاق الورقة، عدد الأوراق/ العقلة، الوزن الجاف للأوراق للعقلة (جرام)، والوزن الرطب للأوراق للعقلة (جرام). وفي الجانب الآخر فإن الدراسة أظهرت فروقات غير معنوية لصفتي عدد الجذور/ العقلة وطول الجذور، وانبثاقيه الأوراق بين كل من أنواع العقل، والأوسط الزراعية، والتفاعل بين أنواع العقل والأوساط الزراعية. التأثير المشترك لأنواع العقل، والأوساط الزراعية معا اظهر اعلي قيمة لجميع الصفات التي أظهرت فروقا معنوية والتي تشمل عدد الأفرع/ العقلة (4.67، عدد الأوراق/ العقلة (12)، الوزن الجاف للأوراق (جرام) للعقلة (156)، والوزن الرطب (جرام) للأوراق للعقلة (2.84).
|b The experiment of this study was carried out on 5th April 2021 (late winter season), at the nursery of the Department of Horticulture, Faculty of Agricultural Sciences, University of Dongola at Elseleem (latitudes 15-40 N, longitudes, 32-22 E and altitude 376m. A.M.S, L) to study the effect of three types of the cuttings(basal, medium and terminal) planted in four culture media: sand (clay, sand – clay mixture and sawdust) on fig (Ficus carica L.).rooting. The experiment was laid in a factorial experiment in a completely randomized design. significant differences were indicated among cuttings types, culture media and their interaction in number of branches/ cutting, number of leaves cutting, leaves biomass/ cutting and leaves fresh weight/ cutting. On the other hand, Insignificant differences were revealed considering the effect of cuttings types, culture media and their interaction on number of roots/ cutting and root length and leaves emergency. The combination between median cutting types and sawdust culture media gave the highest record for all characters which exhibited significant differences: the highest number of branches/ cutting (4.67), number of leaves/ cutting (12), leaves biomass (gm)/ cutting (1.56) and leaves fresh weight (gm)/ cutting (2.84).
