|a هدف الدراسة هو معرفة مستوى التزام المديرين في المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في ولاية عين الدفلى بالمسؤولية الاجتماعية تجاه العاملين والمجتمع والبيئة، وللقيام بالدراسة تم اختيار عينة من المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة الناشطة في الولاية مكونة من 37 مؤسسة من أصل 40، أي بنسبة 92,5%، استخدمت الاستبانة لجمع البيانات من مديري هذه المؤسسات، وتحليلها باستخدام برنامج spss نسخة 22. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن هناك مستوى مرتفع من الالتزام بالمسؤولية الاجتماعية من طرف مديري المؤسسات المبحوثة تجاه العاملين والبيئة، ومستوى متوسط تجاه المجتمع، كما خلصت الدراسة إلى أن هناك اختلاف في التزام مديري المؤسسات نحو المسؤولية الاجتماعية باختلاف مؤهلاتهم العلمية ونوع المناصب التي يشغلونها.
|b The aim of the study is to find out the level of commitment of the managers in small and medium enterprises in the state of Ain Defla to social responsibility towards workers, society and the environment. And to complete the study, a sample of small and medium enterprises active in the state was selected consisting of 37 out of 40 institutions, or 92.5%. the questionnaire was used to collect data from the managers of these institutions, and to analyze it using the spss program version 22. The study concluded that there is a high level of commitment to social responsibility on the part of managers towards workers and the environment, and a medium level towards society, as it concluded that There is a difference in the orientation of managers according to their educational qualifications and the type of positions they occupy.
