|a معلوم أن قوة الدول مرتبط بقوة مؤسساتها التشريعية وببيئتها السياسية والاقتصادية وبقدرتها على إدارة مناخ الأعمال خاصة المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة التي أضحت بمثابة العمود الفقري في اقتصاد هذه الدول من زاوية إسهامها في ضبط سوق العمل وتحقيق النمو الاقتصادي. وعليه سنحاول أن نبين من خلال هذه الورقة العلمية كيف يمكن للحكومة الجزائرية الاستفادة من قطاع المؤسسات الصغيرة من خلال تبني برامج إصلاح لتحفيز بيئة الأعمال وتشجيع الاستثمار الخلاق للقيم المضافة للنهوض بالاقتصاد الوطني.
|b It is known that the strength of states is linked to the strength of their legislative institutions, their political and economic environment, and their ability to manage the business climate, especially small and medium-sized enterprises, which have become the backbone in the economy of these countries in terms of their contribution to controlling the labor market and achieving economic growth. Therefore, we will try to show through this scientific paper how government can benefit from the small the small enterprise sector by adopting reform programs to stimulate the business environment and encourage the creative investment of added values to advance the national economy.
