|a شكلت مبادئ حركة الوصول الحر اتجاهاً إيجابياً على مستوى الاتصال العلمي بين الباحثين، خاصة وأنها جاءت وليدة لحاجة معينة كانت سائدة سابقاً في ما يتعلق بنمط النشر العلمي القديم المقيد بعدة ضوابط قانونية ومالية أرهقت مجتمع الباحثين وهذا ما ساعدها في فرض نفسها أهم هاته الحاجات هو الرغبة في الوصول إلى أوسع عدد للمنشورات العلمية الأكاديمية، فالوصول الحر وعبر أدواته ووسائله التي تم التعريف بها في مبادرة بودابيست المتمثلة في دوريات الوصول الحر وكذا المستودعات الرقمية إضافة إلى الشبكات الأكاديمية التي ظهرت حديثاً -سنة 2008- يعد وسيلة مهمة وواعدة للوصول إلى تلك المنشورات وتعزيز عملية التواصل العلمي بشكله العصري الذي تبرز فيه قيمة الباحث ويذيع صوت سمعته العلمية بناءً على ما ينشره فكل ما تزداد نسبة الوصول كلما زادت نسبة الاستخدام والتالي زيادة الاستشهاد بأعماله العلمية التي تحقق له السمعة العلمية التي تفيده على مستويات عديدة. وبناء على ما سبق فإننا نهدف من خلال هذه الورقة إلى التطرق إلى مدى تأثير النشر العلمي عبر أدوات الوصول الحر ممثلة في إحدى النماذج وهي الشبكات الأكاديمية في تعزيز عملية الاتصال العلمي معتمدين في ذلك على أرقام مستقاة من النموذج المدروس.
|b The principles of the free access movement formed a positive trend at the level of scientific communication between researchers, especially as it came as a result of a specific need that previously prevailed in relation to the old style of scientific publishing restricted by several legal and financial controls that burdened the community of researchers and this helped it to impose itself The most important of these needs is the desire to have access to the widest number of academic scientific publications. Free access, through its tools and methods that were defined in the Budapest Initiative, represented in free access journals, as well as digital repositories, in addition to the academic networks that emerged recently - in 2008 - is an important and promising way to reach To these publications and to enhance the process of scientific communication in its modern form, in which the value of the researcher is highlighted and the voice of his scientific reputation is broadcast based on what he publishes. Based on the foregoing, we aim through this paper to address the extent of the impact of scientific publishing through free access tools represented in one of the models, namely, academic networks, in enhancing the process of scientific communication, relying on numbers drawn from the studied model.
