|a لا شك أن عملية كتابة البحث العلمي وان كانت تشكل واحدة من الصعوبات التي تواجه الباحث عندما يتقدم لتوثيق نتاجه الفكري ورسم الطريقة التي اتبعها في عملية البحث، غير أن الصعوبة لا تكمن هنا فحسب، بقدر ما هي في نقل هذه الدراسة إلى المهتمين والقراء في مجال واختصاص البحث. فإصرار الباحث على النشر العلمي أضحى من المسائل التي تؤرقه والتي تستدعي الدراسة. للوقوف على ذلك سنحاول التطرق من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية إلى "قراءة مفاهيمية حول المقصود بالنشر العلمي".
|b There is no doubt that the process of writing scientific research, even if it constitutes one of the difficulties facing the researcher when he submits to document his intellectual output and draw the method he followed in the research process, but the difficulty does not lie only here, as much as it is in transferring this study to the interested and readers in the field and specialization search. The researcher's insistence on scientific publishing has become one of the issues that bother him and that require study. To find out, we will try to address through this research paper a "conceptual reading about what is meant by scientific publishing".
