|a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أثر سياسة دعم أسعار المنتجات الطاقوية على تحقيق العدالة الاجتماعية بين أفراد المجتمع في الجزائر، ولأجل هذا قمنا بدراسة ميدانية على عينة من الأسر الجزائرية (500) أسرة بهدف مقارنة مستويات دخلهم نسبة إلى نفقاتهم الاستهلاكية الشهرية على مختلف المنتجات الطاقوية المدعمة أسعارها. لقد أظهرت نتائج هذه الدراسة أن أصحاب الدخل المرتفع من أفراد العينة المستقصاة هم من ينفقون أكثر على المنتجات الطاقوية، ما مكننا من القول بان هذه السياسة المطبقة بصفتها الحالية في الجزائر تنطوي على قدر كبير من الاجحاف في حق فئات المجتمع من ذوي الدخل الضعيف والفقراء لكون أن معظم منافعها تؤول للفئات الأكثر دخلا على حساب الفئات الأدنى، مما يستوجب على الحكومة الحالية البحث في آليات وسبل أكثر موائمة تتوافق وتحقق شروط العدالة الاجتماعية بين أفراد المجتمع.
|b This study aims to highlight the impact of the policy of subsidizing the prices of energy products on achieving social justice among members of society in Algeria, To this end, we conducted a field study on a sample of Algerian households (500 households) in order to compare their income levels relative to their monthly consumption expenditure on various energy products subsidized prices. The results of this study showed that the high income earners of the surveyed sample spend more on energy products, which enabled us to say that this policy applied in its current situation in Algeria is a great deal of prejudice against low-income and poor segments of society because Most of its benefits go to the most income groups at the expense of the lower categories, which requires the current government to look at more appropriate mechanisms and ways that are compatible with the requirements of social justice among members of society.
