إن من أهم الموضوعات القرآنية المتعلقة بتفسير كتاب الله تعالى: علم الاستنباط، وقد مدح الله تعالى أهل الاستنباط في كتابه، وأخبر أنهم أهل العلم، قال تعالى: وَلَوْلَا فَضْلُ اللَّهِ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَتُهُ [النساء: ۸۳]. ومن أهم ما يستنبط من القرآن: الأحكام الشرعية التي يُعرف بها الحلال من الحرام، وقد تطرق العلماء في كتب التفسير لذكر أحكام شرعية عند تفسيرهم لآيات القصص القرآني؛ مما يدعو إلى العناية بهذا الجانب- أعني القصص القرآني واستنباط الأحكام منه- خاصة أن كثيراً من الدراسات للقصص القرآني غلب عليها الجانب التربوي والدعوي وكذلك الجانب الأدبي والبلاغي. وقد رأيت أن أبحث في مثل هذه الاستنباطات في الأحكام الشرعية من آيات القصص القرآني، وأن تكون دراستها من خلال تفسير الإمام أبي عبد الله محمد بن أحمد بن أبي بكر القرطبي (ت: ٦٧١هـ): المسمى بـ (الجامع لأحكام القرآن). وقد قسمت هذا البحث إلى: تمهيد، وثلاثة فصول، وخاتمة، وبيانها كما يلي: تمهيد: ويشتمل على: أولا: مفهوم الاستنباط من القرآن الكريم، وعلاقته بالتفسير. وثانيا: مفهوم أحكام القرآن والقصص القرآني. وثالثا: التعريف بالقرطبي وبتفسيره.
One of the most important Quranic subjects related to the interpretation of the Book of Allah is the science of istinbat (deriving rulings). Allah praised those who engage in istinbat in His Book and described them as people of knowledge, as He said: "And if it were not for the favor of Allah upon you and His mercy..." (Quran 4:83). Among the most significant aspects derived from the Quran are the legal rulings that distinguish between what is permissible (halal) and what is forbidden (haram). Scholars in their books of tafsir (exegesis) have addressed legal rulings when interpreting the verses of Quranic stories, which calls for attention to this aspect—namely, Quranic stories and deriving rulings from them—especially since many studies on Quranic stories have predominantly focused on educational, preaching, literary, and rhetorical aspects. I found it essential to explore such derivations of legal rulings from the verses of Quranic stories and to study them through the tafsir of Imam Abu Abdullah Muhammad bin Ahmad bin Abi Bakr Al- Qurtubi (d. 671 AH), titled Al-Jami' li Ahkam al-Quran (The Comprehensive Guide to the Rulings of the Quran). This research is divided into an introduction, three chapters, and a conclusion, as follows: Introduction: This includes: 1. The concept of istinbat from the Quran and its relationship to tafsir. 2. The concept of the rulings of the Quran and Quranic stories. 3. An introduction to Al-Qurtubi and his tafsir.
