|a هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة أحكام علاقة الرجل بزوجته التي طلقها طلاقا رجعيا، وذلك في فترة العدة، وقد تم اتباع المنهج الاستقرائي والوصفي التحليلي المقارن في كتابة البحث، وتم بيان ماهية الطلاق في الاصطلاح وقانون الأحوال الشخصية الأردني، وحكم علاقة الرجل بزوجته ومدى حقه بمعاشرتها، وذلك من خلال عرض آراء الفقهاء، وأدلتهم والخروج بالرأي الراجح، وتم بيان أحكام جملة من المسائل ومنها: مكان إقامة المعتدة من الطلاق الرجعي، وحكم خروجها من مكان العدة، وسفر الزوج بها في فترة العدة، وقد تم بحث الموضوع دراسة مقارنة في الفقه الإسلامي وقانون الأحوال الشخصية الأردني. وأظهرت الدراسة جملة من النتائج أهمها: أن المرأة في فترة عدة الطلاق الرجعي تعد زوجة، ويحق لزوجها معاشرتها، وذلك يعد إرجاعاً لها، وأوصت الدراسة بتفصيل أحكام علاقة الرجل بمطلقته الرجعية من خلال عقد الندوات، والبرامج التلفزيونية، والتدريس في الجامعات.
|b The study aimed to examine the provisions of the man’s relationship with his revocable divorcee during the legal period of waiting. The study employs the inductive, descriptive, and comparative analytical approach. ‘Divorce’ was defined as a terms, and it was discussed in the Personal Status Law. The study also discusses the man’s relationship with his wife and the extent to which he can cohabit with her, through presenting the opinions of the jurists and their evidence, and coming out with the most reasonable standpoint. The study also details provisions on a number of issues, including the place of residence of the woman during the legal period of waiting of the revocable divorce, her departure of her residence during the waiting period, and accompanying her husband in a travel during the waiting period. The study reached a number of results, the most important of which is that the woman who is in the waiting period of a revocable divorce is considered a wife and her husband has the right to have intercourse with her, and that is considered a return to her. The study recommended detailing the provisions of the man’s relationship with his revocable divorce through seminars, television programs, and the classes in universities.
