|a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور الإبداع التكنولوجي في تعزيز تنافسية مؤسسة كوندور وفق منهج وصفي تحليلي، تكون مجتمع الدراسة من عمال المؤسسة الوطنية للدهن وحدة الإنتاج بالأخضرية، وتم اختيار عينة عشوائية بسيطة مكونة من 187 عامل وزعت عليهم الاستبيانات تم استرجاع 103 استبان صالح للتحليل الإحصائي، ولقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها: المؤسسة الوطنية للدهن تسعى دائما لإنتاج منتجات ذات وجودة عالية بهدف لإرضاء زبائنها، تتمتع المؤسسة بالقدرة على التنافس، توجد علاقة ارتباطية بين الإبداع التكنولوجي وتنافسية المؤسسة الوطنية للدهن.
|b this study aimed to identify the role of technological innovation in enhancing the competitiveness of National Enterprise of Paints in its Lakhdaria's unit in accordance with a descriptive analytical approach, the study community is a worker of National Enterprise of Paints, and a random sample of 781 workers distributed to them was retrieved, 701 favorable questionnaires were recovered. For statistical analysis, the study has reached several conclusions, the most important of which: National Enterprise of Paints always seeks to produce highquality products in order to satisfy its customers, the institution is competitive, there is a correlation between technological innovation and the competitiveness of National Enterprise of Paints.
