|a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز مدى مساهمة إدارة النفايات في تعزيز الميزة التنافسية لبعض مصانع الحديد والصلب في الجزائر باعتبار هذه الصناعة من أهم الأنشطة المسببة للتلوث، وهذا ما يجعلها مطالبة بالسعي لإدارة والتخلص من النفايات الصناعية الملوثة للبيئة. وقد اعتمدنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لتفسير وتحليل المعطيات المتحصل عليها بالاستعانة بالاستمارة كأداة مهمة لجمع البيانات. ولقد أظهرت نتائج هذه الدراسة إلى أن تطبيق أساليب إدارة النفايات في المصانع محل الدراسة يساهم في تعزيز ميزتها التنافسية ولو بدرجة ضعيفة.
|b This study aims to highlight the extent to which waste management contributes in enhancing the competitive advantage of some iron and steel factories in Algeria, considering this industry as one of the most important pollution-causing activities, this makes it demanding to manage and dispose their industrial waste. We have adopted a descriptive analytical approach to explain and analyze the data obtained with the help of the questionnaire as an important tool for data collection. The study concluded that the application of waste management methods in the studied factories contributes in enhancing their competitive advantage, even to a weak degree.
