|a تهدف الدراسة إلى تحليل مقاربة ابن خلدون في تفسير نظرية التطور الاجتماعي والحفاظ على النسق السوسيولوجي من منظور الطرح الإبستيمولوجي الخلدوني للعمران البشري، وتشريح العقبات النهضوية أمام تحديات العولمة، تتقوى الأفكار الخلدونية في تفسير ما آل إليه التصدع العربي الذي أصبح عاجزاً عن حلحلة التنمية الفكرية والسلوكية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية في عصر الحداثة الذي تراجع فيه مقوم البناء المجتمعي الذي يرسم قوة الدولة الأمة، وضمن هذه الأساس، يتحدد نقاش الدراسة الوقوف على المتغيرات الجديدة للمجتمعات العربية بفعل التراكمات الداخلية ومأزق التحديات الإقليمية والدولية وصولاً إلى بعض النتائج المبدئية المتضمنة الحفاظ على الوحدة الاجتماعية والترابية للدول وترك العصبية السلبية وتمكين عوامل السوسيو اقتصادي والثقافي والأمني.
|b The study aims to analyze Ibn Khaldun's approach in interpreting the theory of social development and preserving the sociological pattern, from the perspective of the Khaldunian epistemological proposition of human civilization, and to dissect the renaissance obstacles facing the challenges of globalization. Khaldunian ideas are strengthened in explaining what the Arab rift has become, which has become incapable of resolving the intellectual, behavioral, social and economic development in the era of modernity, in which the component of the societal structure that draws the strength of the nation state has declined. Within this foundation, the discussion of the study is determined by standing on the new variables of Arab societies, due to internal accumulations, and the predicament of regional and international challenges, leading to some initial results, including preserving the social and territorial unity of states, leaving negative nervousness.
