|a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز العلاقة الموجودة بين مختلف العلوم لاسيما الرياضيات والإحصاء مع مختلف مناهج الاستشراف الاستراتيجي للأنظمة المختلفة من خلال طريقة مشهورة معتمدة في ذلك تدعى بطريقة السيناريوهات. خلصت الدراسة إلى أهمية التحكم في بعض الأدوات الرياضية لا سيما منها ما يتعلق بالجبر المصفوفاتي وكذا الأدوات الإحصائية المتمثلة في طرق العد والإحصاء بالإضافة إلى الاحتمالات الشرطية بين القضايا الجزئية، وأن هذه الأدوات مهمة في تحديد المتغيرات المفتاحية للنظام المدروس موازين القوى الموجودة بين الفاعلين الحقل المرفولوجي وتقليص الارتياب وبناء السيناريوهات الكلية من الأجزاء الفرعية للنظام.
|b This study aims to highlight the relationship that exists between the various sciences, especially mathematics and statistics, with the various strategic forecasting approaches for different systems through a well-known and approved method called the scenario method. The study concluded the importance of controlling some mathematical tools, especially those related to matrix algebra, as well as statistical tools represented in counting and statistics methods, in addition to the conditional probabilities between partial issues, and that these tools are important in determining the key variables of the studied system, the balance of power that exists between the actors, the field Morphology, uncertainty reduction, and building overall scenarios from sub-parts of the system.
