المستخلص: This study conducts a comparative analysis between the established technopole of Silicon Valley in the United States and the emerging Sidi Abdellah Park in Algeria to investigate their potential as catalysts for innovation and economic growth. By examining the core elements and challenges faced by each, the study aims to identify key factors for establishing effective technopoles in diverse contexts. The analysis highlights how technopoles concentrate businesses, research institutions, and educational entities, fostering knowledge exchange, collaboration, and innovation. The dynamic startup ecosystem in Silicon Valley serves as a compelling case study, showcasing the transformative power of technopoles in driving entrepreneurial activity and economic development. However, replicating this success requires adaptation to local dynamics. While Sidi Abdellah Park shows promise, it faces limitations such as restricted access to venture capital and skilled workforce outmigration. By addressing these hurdles, prioritizing relevant sectors like renewable energy, and ensuring sustainability and inclusivity, Algeria can harness the potential of technopoles to cultivate a thriving startup ecosystem and contribute to the global technology landscape.
