Bibliometric Analysis of Integrated Management Systems: A Review from 1992 to 2022

This research aimed to uncover the focal points, trends, and existing research gaps within the integrated management system domain. To achieve this, a bibliometric analysis was conducted on a selection of 101 articles focusing on integration, sourced from the Scopus database spanning the years 1992 to 2022. VOSviewer and Microsoft Excel were utilized for this analysis. The findings revealed that the integrated management system is a relatively recent subject with numerous areas for further investigation. Notably, researcher Krapetrovich, affiliated with the Journal of Cleaner Production in Spain and Canada, and The University of Alberta Edmonton, emerged as the most influential figure in this field. Furthermore, the integrated management system exhibits strong connections to various topics such as ISO standards, sustainability, knowledge management, information security, innovation, organizational innovation, risk management, industrial health, and value creation, making it a fertile ground for extensive research. |
