المستخلص: أهداف البحث: بيان جهود علماء الأمة في تدوين علوم القرآن الكريم عموماً، وكتابة المصحف الشريف خصوصاً. تقديم الصورة المتكاملة لتاريخ كتابة المصحف الشريف، وترتيب أحداثه بِضَمّ مباحثه المنثورة في مصنفات علوم القرآن الكريم. تتبع المراحل التاريخية لكتابة المصحف الشريف من العهد الأول، واستيعابها بفهم أهل الفنّ المتخصصين. تقوية الأساس المتين الثابت لتاريخ كتابة المصحف الشريف لكشف وإزالة اللبس عن بعض قضاياه. أهم نتائج البحث: عناية سلف الأمة واهتمامهم بكتابة المصاحف حسب طاقتهم في كل عهد وفق منهجية دقيقة، والتدقيق والمراجعة، واستفادتهم من الجهود السابقة. اشتملت مصنفات القرآن الكريم على التاريخ المتكامل لكتابة المصحف الشريف، واعتمدت في تقريره المصادر الموثوقة المتنوعة. يندرج تاريخ كتابة القرآن تحت جمع القرآن ورسم المصحف في مصنفات علوم القرآن. من أوائل مصنفات علوم القرآن التي وصلتنا وأفردت مباحث تاريخ كتابة المصحف الشريف كتاب "فضائل القرآن ومعالمه وآدابه" للإمام أبي عُبيد القاسم بن سلام (ت: 224هـ). اشتملت مصنفات علوم القرآن الكريم على أدب كتابة المصحف الشريف. ورود الخلط في تدوين بعض مباحث كتابة المصحف الشريف غير قادح في القرآن الكريم، وقد تضمّنت مصنّفات علوم القرآن توجيهاً وتوفيقاً لكلّ وارد.

Research Topic: History of documentation of the noble Quran in books of Quranic Science. Researcher: Dr. Yahya bin Ayub bin Muhammad Daula. Research Objectives: Highlighting efforts of scholars of the ummah in documenting Quranic Science generally, and documenting the noble Quran in particular. Presenting a complete historical picture of the documentation of the noble Quran and arranging the sequence of its events by compiling its segments scattered in books of Quranic Science. Investigating the historical stages of the documentation of the noble Quran from the first era and understanding it from the perspective of those who specialize in that area. Strengthening the established foundation for history of the documentation of the noble Quran in order to clear misconceptions on some issues. Prominent research findings; The concern of the predecessors and their interest in documenting the Quran according to their ability in each era based on precise methodology, scrupulousness and revision, and they also benefited from previous efforts. Books on the Glorious Quran comprise complete history of the documentation of the noble Quran and I relied on various authenticated sources to establish this. History of the documentation of the Quran in the books of Quranic Science falls under the chapter on compilation of the Quran and its calligraphy. One of the foremost books on Quranic Science with a separate section on history of documentation of the Quran is the book "Fada'ilul-Quran wa Maʼalimuhu wa Adabuhu “by Imam Abu Ubayd Al-Qasim bin Salam who died in the year 224AH. Books on Quranic Science comprise etiquette of documenting the noble Quran. There are confusions in the writings of some sections about documentation of the noble Quran which are not detrimental to the Glorious Quran and indeed books on Quranic Science contain clarifications on each of them.
