|a خلق الله عز وجل الإنسان وشرفه بالتكريم والتفضيل، وأنعم عليه بنعمة العقل والتفكير، والقدرة على التدبير، كما أكرمه بحسن صياغة الكلام وحسن التعبير، وسخر له ما في الأرض زيادة في التشريف والتكريم. وقد تناولت في هذا البحث بعضا من الأوجه التي يحافظ بها الإسلام وتشريعاته على الكرامة الإنسانية، فاستعرضت نماذجا من السيرة النبوية وسيرة الصحابة الكرام؛ للمحافظة على مكنونات الكرامة الإنسانية وجواهرها المرتبطة بالحريات العامة والخاصة، والحريات المرتبطة بالفكر والعقيدة، وشيئا من الحوارات التي كانت تدور في تلك الأيام. كما ناقشت موضوع الحريات السياسية وأهميتها في دفع عجلة التطور الاجتماعي والإصلاح، وبينت غايتها في الإصلاح وإضاءة الطريق. وكذلك استعرضت السبل التي انتهجها الإسلام لتأمين الحريات الاقتصادية وتوظيفها لخدمة الإنسان في المجتمع الإسلامي، وحفظ كرامته وصونه من العبث والإهانة والاستغلال والفقر والحاجة. ثم بينت حرص المنهج الإسلامي على تحقيق العدل والمساواة أمام القانون، وتحريم المظالم والعبث بأرواح الناس وسمعتها وشرفها، أو المس بكرامتها بالقول أو الفعل حيث يسود المجتمع الأخوة الصادقة والاحترام المتبادل. اتبع البحث منهج التحليل والاستقراء والاستنباط من كتب السنة والسيرة النبوية الشريفة.
|b Allah Almighty created man and honored him with honor and preference. He bestowed upon him the gift of thinking, and management ability, and also honored him with good speech and good expression, and used the universe to further honor him. In this research, I addressed some of the ways in which Islam and its legislation preserve human dignity. I reviewed examples from the Prophet's biography and his Companions to preserve the contents of human dignity and its essences related to public and private freedoms, freedoms related to thought and belief, and some of the dialogues that were taking place in those days. It also discusses the topic of political freedoms and their importance in advancing social development and reform, and explained their purpose in reform and lighting the way. I also reviewed the means adopted by Islam to secure economic freedoms and employ them to serve human beings in Islamic society, preserve their dignity and protect them from tampering, humiliation, exploitation, poverty and need. The Islamic approach to justice and equality before the law, and the prohibition of injustices and tampering with people's lives, reputation and honor, or harming their dignity by word or deed, where sincere brotherhood and mutual respect prevail in society.
