المستخلص: تتمحور فكرة هذا البحث حول إبراز جانب علمي مهم ودقيق في التخصص، وهو جانب تقعيد القواعد الأصولية، مع كونه مطلب عصري ملح أيضا، وناقش البحث أداة أصولية اشتهرت عند المتقدمين من أهل الأصول مؤثرة ومنتجة في تقعيد القواعد الأصولية، وهو التخريج الأصولي من خلال بيان أنواعه وتوضيح أثر كل نوع في مهمة التقعيد والتأصيل، ومهدت لذلك ببيان مفهوم التأصيل والتقعيد الأصولي وأهميته وأثره في تجويد علم القواعد الأصولية، وكشفت الدراسة أن التخريج عند المتقدمين كان للعلماء المجتهدين منهم، ومختصا بفقه الخلاف الأصولي، والذي من خلاله استطاعوا تكميل أصول مذاهب أئمتهم، وأنتجوا به قواعد أصولية في كافة موضوعات علم القواعد الأصولية، ومما تبين أيضا أن بعض أنواع التخريج الأصولي مؤثرة في نسبة القواعد إلى أدلتها، وبعضها يؤدي إلى تقعيدها.

The idea of this research concentrates on highlighting an important and precise scientific aspect in the field of fundamentals of Islamic Jurisprudence, which is the aspect of systematizing the fundamental rules. Since this field is an urgent modern requirement, it discusses a jurisprudential tool that was famous among early scholars of the fundamental rules, influential in the systematization of fundamental rules which is extracting the fundamental rules by stating its types and clarifies the impact of each type on the process of systematizing and establishing the fundamental grounding rules. The research reveals that the concept of systematizing and establishing the fundamental grounding rules, as well as its role in enhancing the discipline of fundamental rules. The study reveals that extracting of fundament rules among early scholars was carried out by qualified scholars, and it was specifically related to understand the disagreements in fundamental rules. Because of this, they were able to complete the fundamental rules of the doctrines of their imams, and produced the fundamental rules of jurisprudence in all topics of the science of the fundamentals of jurisprudence. The study also shows that some types of extracting have a direct impact on linking rules to their evidence, while others lead to the systematization of these principles.
