|a يشكل الحراك النسائي أبرز أوجه الحراك بالمغرب، وبطريقتها الخاصة تدفعنا الاحتجاجات النسائية إلى فهم كيف تحولت المرأة إلى فاعلة في الفضاء العام. تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى وصف مشاركة المرأة المغربية في الحراك الاجتماعي وتحليل انخراطها في الحياة العامة، بكل تعبيراته الثقافية والاجتماعية والسياسية، لما ينطوي عليه من تحولات جذرية في تصور المرأة لذاتها وللحياة العامة، تم الاعتماد على مراجعة الدراسات والمرجعيات التي تناولت الحركات الاجتماعية عموما والحراك النسائي بشكل خاص. فهل الزعامة نسائية، أم تظل المرأة تابعة للقائد الرجل؟ استنتجنا أن القيادة أو الزعامة في الحراك الاجتماعي تتخذ مفاهيما وصيغا جديدة، والقيادة ثنائية القطب (ذكورية/ أنثوية)، والزعامة بالموقف، مع ندرة الدراسات الميدانية للحراك النسائي.
|b Women's activism represents one of the most prominent aspects of social movements in Morocco. In its own way, women's protests drive us to understand how women have become active participants in the public sphere. This research paper aims to describe Moroccan women's participation in social movements and analyze their engagement in public life, encompassing its cultural, social, and political expressions. It highlights the fundamental transformations in how women perceive themselves and the public sphere. The study relies on a review of studies and references that address social movements in general, with a particular focus on women's activism. Is leadership female, or does the woman remain subordinate to the male leader? We concluded that leadership in social movements takes on new meanings and forms, with a dual-gender leadership (male/female) and leadership through position, although there is a scarcity of field studies on women's activism.
