|a يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة العلاقة بين الشكل والمضمون في تصوير البيئة المصرية في أعمال الفنانين المستشرقين، الذين لعبت أعمالهم دورا مهما في نقل صورة مصر إلى العالم الغربي. تناول البحث أهمية البيئة المصرية كموضوع فني جذاب وتأثيرها على إنتاج لوحات تعكس تفاصيل الحياة اليومية، العمارة، الأسواق، والمظاهر الثقافية والدينية. تم التطرق إلى تأثير هذه الأعمال في توثيق الواقع المصري، مع إبراز التناقضات بين الرؤية الواقعية والانطباعات الشخصية التي حملها الفنانون المستشرقون عن مصر. توصل البحث إلى أن أعمال الفنانين المستشرقين اتسمت بجماليات عالية ودقة في تصوير التفاصيل، مما ساهم في توثيق البيئة المصرية، ولكنها في الوقت ذاته عكست تحيزات ثقافية ورؤية رومانسية للشرق.
|b This study aims to explore the relationship between form and content in depicting the Egyptian environment in the works of Orientalist artists, whose creations played a significant role in conveying Egypt’s image to the Western world. The research examines the importance of the Egyptian environment as an attractive artistic subject and its influence on the production of paintings that reflect daily life, architecture, markets, and cultural and religious aspects. It addresses the impact of these works in documenting Egyptian reality while highlighting the contradictions between the realistic portrayal and the personal impressions held by Orientalist artists about Egypt. The study concludes that the works of Orientalist artists were characterized by high aesthetic quality and precision in depicting details, contributing to the documentation of the Egyptian environment. However, they also reflected cultural biases and a romanticized vision of the East.
