المستخلص: يهدف البحث إلى الكشف عن سبل التكامل بين السنن المقاصدية الكلية الشاملة، والسنن الجزئية المتنافرة، لتحقيق نهضة حضارية متوازنة، وذلك بتبني منهجية علمية استقرائية، تنطلق من جمع الجزئيات لبلوغ القوانين الكلية، وباستخدام آليات منطقية تساعد في ضبط المفاهيم وتحديد التعريفات حتى تتضح مسارات البحث ومآلاته. وقد توصل من خلال ذلك إلى نتائج كشف فيها عن سبب توقف الاستمداد من الخط المعرفي والمنهجي للتجربة النبوية عند النخبة الحاكمة التي تولت زمام السلطة بعد نهاية الخلافة الراشدة، ولجأت إلى الاستمداد من الناتج المعرفي للحضارات المتاخمة، الهندية والفارسية شرقا واليونانية الرومانية غربا، فتجلت له أسباب انحراف مسار الأمة عن المنهجية العلمية السننية التي أرسى قواعدها محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم بهداية الوحي، وانجذب فكرها نحو التجزيئية اللامتناهية في جميع المستويات والحقول المعرفية، وقد كشفت هذه النتائج عن خطورة هذه التجزيئية التي قادت الأمة إلى إهدار طاقتها، وتسطيح وتبلد عقلها، وابتعدت عن غايتها وهدفها، وتوصل البحث إلى إبراز أهمية "منظور السننية الشاملة" للطيب برغوث، الذي أدرك بما أوتي من حس سنني أن هناك ضرورة للم شمل هذه الجزئيات والتفاصيل السننية، وردها إلى أطرها السننية المقاصدية الكلية الشاملة، لأن الجزئيات السننية منفردة قد "تكون سببا قويا للاضطراب الفكري والثقافي والنفسي والسلوكي والاجتماعي والضعف الحضاري للأمة الإسلامية.

The research aims to reveal ways of integration between Sunnans almaqasidia al-kouliya and partial Sunnans to achieve a balanced civilizational renaissance. This is done by adopting an inductive methodology that starts from collecting the details to reach the general laws, and by using logical mechanisms that help in controlling the concepts and determining the definitions so that the research paths and outcomes become clear. Through this, the research revealed the reason for the cessation of derivation from the cognitive and methodological line of the prophetic experience among the ruling elite that assumed power after the end of the Rightly-Guided Caliphate, and resorted to deriving from the cognitive output of neighboring civilizations such as Indian and Persian in the East and Greco-Roman in the West. The reasons for the deviation of the path of the nation from the scientific Sunni methodology whose foundations were established during the period of the Prophet with the guidance of revelation became clear to him. The thought was drawn towards endless fragmentation at all levels and cognitive fields. These results revealed the danger of this fragmentation that led the nation to waste its energy, flatten and dull its mind, and move away from its goal and objective. The research led to highlighting the importance of the “comprehensive Sunni perspective” of Al-Tayeb Barghouth, who realizes with his Sunni sense that there is a necessity to bring together these Sunni details and particulars, and return them to their comprehensive, comprehensive, and purposeful Sunni frameworks. In light of this, the Sunni particulars alone may “be a strong reason for the intellectual, cultural, psychological, behavioral and social disorder and the civilizational weakness of the Islamic nation.

Penyelidikan ini bertujuan untuk mendedahkan cara integrasi antara Sunnan al-maqasidia al-kouliya dan Sunnan separa, untuk mencapai kebangkitan tamadun yang seimbang. Hal ini dapat direalisasikan dengan mengamalkan metodologi saintifik induktif yang bermula daripada mengumpul butiran untuk mencapai undang-undang umum, dan dengan menggunakan mekanisme logik yang membantu dalam mengawal konsep dan menentukan definisi supaya laluan dan hasil penyelidikan menjadi jelas. Melalui ini, dia mencapai keputusan di mana dia mendedahkan sebab penghentian terbitan dari garis kognitif dan metodologi pengalaman kenabian di kalangan elit pemerintah yang mengambil alih kuasa selepas berakhirnya Khilafah, dan mengambil jalan keluar dari output kognitif tamadun jiran seperti India dan Parsi di Timur dan Yunani-Romawi di Barat. Sebab-sebab penyimpangan jalan bangsa dari metodologi saintifik Sunni yang asas-asasnya ditubuhkan pada zaman Nabi dengan bimbingan wahyu menjadi jelas baginya. Pemikirannya tertarik ke arah pemecahan yang tidak berkesudahan di semua peringkat dan bidang kognitif. Keputusan ini mendedahkan bahaya pemecahan ini yang menyebabkan negara membazirkan tenaganya, fikirannya, dan menjauhi matlamat dan objektifnya. Penyelidikan itu membawa kepada kepentingan "perspektif Sunni yang komprehensif" Al-Tayeb Barghouth, yang menyedari dengan pengertian Sunninya bahawa terdapat keperluan untuk menyatukan butiran dan butiran Sunni ini, dan mengembalikannya kepada komprehensif, komprehensif, dan rangka kerja Sunni yang bermatlamat. Hal ini kerana butir-butir Sunni sahaja mungkin "menjadi sebab yang kukuh untuk gangguan intelektual, budaya, psikologi, tingkah laku dan sosial serta peradaban kelemahan negara Islam.
