|a تركز هذه الدراسة على التعرف على مدى جاهزية المركز الوطني للوثائق والمحفوظات بالمملكة العربية السعودية لاستخدام تقنية سلسلة الكتل، ومدى إمكانية الإفادة منها في معالجة الوثائق وحفظها وتيسير الإفادة منها. كما تركز الدراسة أيضا على كفايات العاملين في المركز الوطني للوثائق والمحفوظات، ومدى استعدادهم لتطبيق تقنية سلسلة الكتل. وقد اعتمد الباحث على المنهج المسحي بوصفه أكثر المناهج ملاءمة للدراسات التي تتعامل مع ظواهر معاصرة تحتاج إلى وصف دقيق وتعمق في دراسة الظاهرة على أرض الواقع. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج من أهمها أن المركز الوطني للوثائق والمحفوظات جاهز لاستخدام تقنية سلسلة الكتل، وأكدت النتائج على أن (83.9%) من أفراد مجتمع الدراسة لديهم الوعي بمفهوم تقنية سلسلة الكتل، وأنهم يرون استعداد المركز الوطني للوثائق والمحفوظات وجاهزيته لاستخدام هذه التقنية.
|b This study focuses on identifying the readiness of the National Center for Documents and Archives in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to use blockchain technology, and the extent to which it can be used to process, save and facilitate the use of documents. The study also focuses on the competencies of employees at the National Center for documents and archives, and the extent of their readiness to apply blockchain technology. The researcher has relied on the survey method as the most appropriate method for studies that deal with contemporary phenomena that need to be accurately described and in depth in studying the phenomenon on the ground. The study has reached several results, the most important of which is that the National Center for Documents and Archives is ready to use blockchain technology. The results confirmed that (83.9%) of the study sample members have awareness of the concept of blockchain technology, and they support the National Center for documents and archives to use this technology.
