|a هدف البحث إلى التحقق من الخصائص السيكومترية لمقياس الإنهاك النفسي لدى عينة من المعلمين المتعافين من كوفيد ۱۹؛ وقد طبق المقياس على عينة قوامها (١٠٥) معلما ومعلمة، بإدارة قنا التعليمية بمحافظة قنا في العام الدراسي ۲۰۲۲ -۲۰۲۳م، تراوحت أعمارهم بين (٣٠- ٤٠) عاما بمتوسط عمري قدره (35.44) عاما، وانحراف معياري قدره (2.33)، وقد استخدم الباحث الأساليب الإحصائية التالية: الاتساق الداخلي، صدق المحكمين والتحليل العاملي، ومعامل ثبات ألفا كرونباخ؛ وذلك للتأكد من صدق وثبات المقياس، وقد توصلت النتائج إلى تمتع المقياس بدرجة عالية من الاتساق الداخلي والصدق والثبات مما يؤكد كفاءته في قياس الإنهاك النفسي لدى عينة من المعلمين المتعافين من كوفيد ۱۹، والثقة في النتائج المترتبة على استخدامه.
|b The research aimed to verify the psychometric characteristics A metric for the psychological exhaustion scale among a sample of teachers recovering from Covid-19. Therefore, the scale was applied to a sample of (105) male and female teachers in the Qena Educational Administration in Qena Governorate for the academic year 2022-2023 AD. Their ages ranged between (30-40) with an average age of (35.44) and a standard deviation of (2.33), and the researcher used the following statistical methods: Internal consistency The validity of the arbitrators, the factor analysis, and the Cronbach’s Alpha reliability coefficient in order to ensure the validity and stability of the scale. The results showed that the scale has a high degree of internal consistency, validity, and reliability, which confirms its efficiency in measuring psychological exhaustion among a sample of teachers recovering from Covid-19, and confidence in the resulting results.
