المستخلص: يهدف البحث إلى دراسة مقارنة بين الإشراف الإكلينيكي التربوي وأشراف الزمالة في إحدى مدارس نطاق 1.2 برأس الخيمة من وجهة نظر موظفيها، وقد اعتمدت الباحثة على المنهج الكمي، وكانت الاستبانة الإلكترونية هي الأداة لجمع البيانات، وتم اختيار عينة قصدية مكونة من (50) من الكادر المدرسي (معلمين وإداريين)، كما تم تحليل البيانات باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي SPSS؛ حيث توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج: المدرسة تفضل نمط الإشراف الإكلينيكي أكثر من إشراف الزمالة، كذلك عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة 0.05 بين متوسطي درجات المعلمات في الإشراف الإكلينيكي وإشراف الزمالة بصورة عامة، إلا أن المتوسطات الحسابية تظهر فروقا طفيفة بين الأسلوبين تميل لصالح الإشراف الإكلينيكي، كذلك عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05) حول ممارسة المدرسة لإشراف الزمالة تعزى إلى جميع متغيرات الدراسة الديموغرافية عدا في بعد التقويم والتغذية الراجعة تبعا للوظيفة الحالية، وقدمت الباحثة عدة توصيات أهمها: تبني أساليب إشراف تربوية جديدة مرتكزة على جودة أداء المعلمين في الغرف الصفية، دعم الإشراف الإكلينيكي كأسلوب مهني موجه بالكوادر المتخصصة لتدريب المعلمين حول تحسين نقاط الضعف في الأداء المهني وتلافيها، حث مدارس الإمارة على تطبيق أفضل لإشراف الزمالة، لفعاليته في أدوات التقويم الإشرافية وتقديم التغذية الراجعة المباشرة للمعلمين، تعزيز إشراف الزمالة من خلال تعميمه على المدارس، وبيان دوره في تعديل اتجاهات المعلم، وتدريبه على القيادة الصفية وكيفية التفاعل الصفي.

The research aims to study the comparison between clinical educational supervision and fellowship supervision in cluster 1.2 in one of the schools of Ras Al Khaimah from the point of view of its employees. The consultant may be seen on the quantitative floors, under the electrical questionnaire is the data monitoring guide, and an illustrative drawing consisting of (50) of the learning cadre (teachers and administrators) was chosen. The data was also analyzed using the statistical program SPSS: The study reached the following: Several school results favor the clinical supervision style more than the fellowship, as well as the absence of statistically significant differences at a significance level of 0.05 between the averages of the teachers’ revision in clinical supervision and fellowship supervision in general, except that the arithmetic reversal of the effect of the differences between good but the good clinical supervision, as well as the absence of statistically significant differences at a significance level (0.05) about the practice of the visual activity of the fellowship is attributed to all the variations of the demographic study, justice in the evaluation and feedback dimension according to the current job, the research supervisor is a professional, the most important of which are: working on new educational work based on the quality of performance effectively in classrooms, supporting the clinical appearance as a method directed by specialized cadres to train all and enhance the weaknesses in performance to perform in it, urging the emirate’s schools to better apply fellowship supervision, for its effectiveness in the distinctive evaluation tools of socialism, direct feedback for teachers, the brilliance of the bright fellowship through its participation in schools, and explaining its role In modifying the teacher's attitudes, training him in classroom leadership and how to interact in the classroom.
