|a يهدف البحث الحالي التحقق من الخصائص السيكومترية لمقياس جودة الحياة لأمهات أطفال الفينيل كيتون يوريا، لذا طبق المقياس على عينة قوامها (۱۲۰) من الأمهات بمحافظة قنا لعام ٢٠٢٤ م، تراوحت أعمارهن بين ٣٠- ٥٠ عاما، بمتوسط عمري (٤٤.٤٥)، وانحراف معياري (4.36)، وقد استخدمت الباحثة الأساليب الإحصائية التالية: الاتساق الداخلي، صدق المحكمين والتحليل العاملي، ومعامل ثبات ألفا كرونباخ والتجزئة النصفية، وذلك للتأكد من صدق وثبات المقياس، وقد توصلت النتائج إلى تمتع المقياس بدرجة عالية من الاتساق الداخلي والصدق والثبات، مما يؤكد كفاءته في قياس جودة الحياة لأمهات أطفال (PKU) والثقة في النتائج المترتبة على استخدامه.
|b This research aims to verify the psychometric properties of the Quality of Life Scale for mothers of children with Phenylketonuria. The scale was applied to a sample of (120) mothers in Qena Governorate in 2024, with ages ranging between (30-50) years, an average age of (44.45), and a standard deviation of (4.36). The researcher utilized the following statistical methods: internal consistency, expert validity, factor analysis, and Cranach's alpha reliability and split-half reliability to ensure the validity and reliability of the scale. The results indicated that the scale possesses a high degree of internal consistency, validity, and reliability, confirming its effectiveness in measuring the quality of life for mothers of children with PKU and the confidence in the results derived from its use.
