|a تعد الرقمنة عاملا أساسيا لنجاح أي منظومة صحية في العالم باعتبارها المحرك الأساسي للتنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية، إذ تؤدي إلى تطوير وتحسين نوعية وجودة الخدمات الصحية بما يتماشى مع المعايير الدولية، ومن ذلك ضمان شمولية الخدمة الصحية واستمرارها من جهة، وتقديم رعاية صحية آمنة ومن دون أدنى خطر من جهة ثانية. فإذا كانت ظاهرة تزايد الأخطاء الطبية في المؤسسات الصحية تعتبر قرينة على ضعف وهشاشة المنظومة الصحية في بلادنا، فإن التكنولوجيا الرقمية ستساعد بلا شك في تطوير وتحسين جودة ونوعية الخدمات الصحية العمومية والخاصة على حد سواء، ولكنها لا تمثل حلا جذريا بأي حال من الأحوال لمعضلة الأخطاء الطبية التي ستظل تؤرق أطراف العمل الطبي لاسيما المريض.
|b The degitization is considered as a major factor to succeed any global health system, and a main engine of the economic and social development; where it leads to develop and ameliorate the type and the quality of the medical services in line with international standards, as well as the guarantee of the service coverage and continuity on the one hand, and provide a safe health care without the slightest risk on the other hand While the increase in medical errors is considered as a proof of the weakness and fragility of the health system; the digital technology will undoubtedly help to develop and ameliorate the quality and the type of health services in both public and private ones, however it may not be a main solution for the problem of the medical errors, that will remain beset the medical action members especially the patient
