المستخلص: Since the appearance of the entrepreneur as the first time until he reaches the type in which capitalism ends, there are several positions, descriptions and social roles governed by the development of his concept and person, which were commissioned to present and interpret many sociological and economic theories in particular, based on the above, this article aims to monitor the positions of the contractor within the prevailing social and economic systems in society in addition to explaining the contractor's undermining of the capitalist system that incubates him, relying on the descriptive approach and sociological analysis as an aid in that, Therefore, the problem is: What are the historical positions of the entrepreneur within the prevailing social and economic system? And how does he end capitalism in its subsequent development?
