|a هدف البحث التعرف على مستوى الذكاء الأخلاقي، لدى ناشئي كرة القدم بمحافظة الأقصر وفي سبيل ذلك استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي وذلك لملائمه لطبيعة البحث، وتكون مجتمع البحث من الناشئين (٣٥٠) ناشئ، وانقسمت أي عينة البحث الأساسية وعددها (۱۰۰) ناشئي وعينة البحث الاستطلاعية وعددها (۲۰) ناشئي واستخدم الباحث في جمع البيانات مقياس الذكاء الأخلاقي من إعداد الباحث، وكانت أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث ارتفاع مستوى الذكاء الأخلاقي لدى ناشئي كرة القدم بمحافظة الأقصر وعلى جميع أبعاد المقياس، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في جميع أبعاد مقياس الذكاء الأخلاقي (التعاطف- الضمير- ضبط النفس- الاحترام- التسامح- الرحمة- العدالة) بين عينة البحث، ويتميز ناشئي كرة القدم بمحافظة الأقصر بارتفاع في درجات أبعاد الذكاء الأخلاقي، وقد أوصى الباحث بإعداد الاستراتيجيات لتطوير وتنمية الذكاء الأخلاقي لدى لاعبي كرة القدم، وإجراء المزيد من الأبحاث العلمية بين الذكاء الأخلاقي والأنشطة الرياضية الأخرى وإجراء دراسة متشابهة تطبق على جميع الأعمار.
|b The aim of the research is to identify the level of moral intelligence among football juniors in Luxor Governorate. To do this, the researcher used the descriptive approach in order to suit the nature of the research. The research population consisted of (350) juniors, and the basic research sample was divided into (100) juniors, and the exploratory research sample was divided into two. (20) junior players. In collecting data, the researcher used a moral intelligence scale prepared by the researcher. The most important results that the research reached were a high level of moral intelligence among junior football players in Luxor Governorate on all dimensions of the scale, There are statistically significant differences in all dimensions of the moral intelligence scale (empathy, conscience, self-control, respect, tolerance, mercy, and justice) among the research sample. Football juniors in Luxor Governorate are distinguished by high scores on the dimensions of moral intelligence. The researcher recommended preparing strategies for development and development. Moral intelligence among football players, and conducting more scientific research between moral intelligence and other sporting activities, and conducting a similar study applied to all ages.
